Looting of BORever Resorts “PCM” Mobile Homes, Sewage Back-ups, Broken Water Lines & No Garbage Collection

Oscar & Andrea Braun upon arrival last weekend found that their mobile home unit #96  storage  shed lock had been cut off and all their tools, a golf cart charger and some furniture had been stolen.  The Braun’s reported the #96 burglary to Terry Sharpman, the BORever Resorts “PCM” General Manager.  Mr. Sharpman said he was sorry to hear our place was looted  while telling us in the same breath, that in his opinion, BORever Resorts PCM does not have any liability since they  haven’t yet provided us with their PCM Concessionaire/Permittee space rental agreement or boat moorage agreements.  The Brauns’ reported the looting activities at BORever Resorts PCM to the Napa Sheriff department.  Several other BORever Resorts PCM Permittees reported observing several known employees of the BOR and Forever Resorts PCM loading furniture into their pick up truck taken from mobile homes with absentee owners.  On numerous occasions, the Braun’s observed that the entrance gates at PCM did not have any attendant to check BORever Resorts PCM visitors in or out between 5pm to 8am.  Oscar Braun found several dozen campers in the closed high fire risk “Outback”  area partying and camping.  One of the illegal camp sites has a four foot open camp fire circle.  A un-repaired 1” water line, broken over two months ago,  continues to pour water down Shoreline Drive draining into the Lake.   An unnamed  neighbor of the Brauns’ over heard a female camper Saturday pleading with  staff if someone could please fix the Women’s bathroom in the campsite area. She said it was overflowing with toilet paper and there were a lot of women who could not use the restrooms. The BORever Resorts PCM employee response was that there was no maintenance  person on site  and they would not be able to repair the problem until possibly Sunday or Monday.  Garbage had been sitting outside many trailers since the 4th of July weekend. It appears that BORever Resorts PCM doesn’t provide daily garbage pick up services either.
