We, the People of the Republic of California , still hold these truths to be self-evident , that all men are created equal , that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life , Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights , Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed ; That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government , laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness . Therefore, We the People have taken the first step in submitting a ballot initiative that seeks to unshackle the longsuffering People of California from the bleak decades of thoroughly entangling regressive environmental legislations , fraudulent IPCC global warming political science hypothesis , countless bogus endangered species biological opinions , profuse restraining directives by inept unelected bureaucrats and the restrictive court decisions by disconnected jurists that have deprived Californians from their rightful and exclusive unalienable pursuits.
Everyday m illions of Californians experience the tyranny that our Founding Fathers feared and this threatens both the American Dream and the Constitutional liberties that assure the future of the dream . Thomas Jefferson feared the tyranny of those who fear and distrust the people, and wish to draw all from them into the hands of the higher classes . James Madison feared the tyranny of the majority and the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power. John Adams feared all men, recognizing that “the only maxim of the free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty".
The Progressive Revolution in Politics and Political Science beginning in 1880, is the same Progressivism that has transformed 21st Century American politics. What is that transformation? It is a total rejection in theory, and a partial rejection in practice, of the principles and policies on which America had been founded and on the basis of which the Civil War had been fought and won . While the current Progressive Royal Regimes differ in their assessment of the problems and how to resolve them, they generally shared in common the view that government at every level must be actively involved in these reforms . Our existing constitutional system as crafted by our Founding Fathers is thought outdated and must be made into a dynamic, evolving instrument of social change, aided by political scientific knowledge and the development of an ever expanding command and control federal administrative bureaucracy.

CA Unalienable Bill of Rights Initiative 2012
SECTION 1 (a). We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain revealed Unalienable Rights, from conception to natural death, that among these are Life, Liberty, acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and pursuing and obtaining safety, happiness, and privacy from government
UNALIENABLE RIGHTS to Life endowed by our Creator, from conception to natural death; or abridging the People’s exclusive UNALIENABLE RIGHTS to Life, Production, Distribution, Use and Consumption of air, CO2, water, food, habitat for humanity, universal heal thy self-care and energy generating natural resources.
c. The State of California shall not levy any taxes, fees, assessments or fines on the People’s exclusive “UNALIENABLE RIGHTS” to Life, Production, Distribution, Use and Consumption of air, CO2, water, food, habitat for humanity, universal heal thy self-care and energy generating natural resources.
d. The People of California, individually, shall have the exclusive UNALIENABLE RIGHT to NULLIFY Federal powers not specifically delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, or to the People.
